"Lock the doors and close the blinds -- we're going for a ride..."

... is talking with my co-worker, Rebecca. She and her husband have been watching "24" from scratch, several episodes a week, starting with Season 1.

Right now they're almost done with Season 3.

Oh - and her husband is in law enforcement.

Perhaps it's her enthusiasm for the show. Or her commentary on the character development. Or her guesses of what's going to happen next.   Or, more than likely, because I know what's going to happen next already -- and she doesn't have the faintest idea what these characters are going to get into next.

It's been an exercise of restraint for me not to blurt out what happens to certain characters -- like Sherry Palmer...
