"Lock the doors and close the blinds -- we're going for a ride..."

I have some bad news:

Tonight's wtf radio show probably won't be as excellent as last week's was.

Last week was a blast -- the first show of 2006. And nomad's birthday! She, chilly and AAP were in the house, while socKs and myself were on with them via Skype. The flow of the show -- just amazing! The participation from the listeners was outstanding -- especially with the advent of the Garth Sparkles contest! And, because it was a birthday show, celebrities made special cameo appearances to wish Nomad a happy birthday throughout the show.

Yup. It was an awesome show. Funny, too.  Possibly impossible to beat.

But we're going to try nonetheless.

It's been a fun week to prep for the show -- we did a test-run on a new equipment configuration last night and everything sounds fantastic.  We even recorded some "bumpers" for our buds at the Best Damn Tech Show, Period . We rejoiced in the ease of getting the show on iTunes.  In all figurative respects of the colloquialism, we did a little dance, made a little love, and got down last night.

So - please listen. It may be fun to listen to an excellent show like last week's. But the possibility of a less than stellar performance? A feasible train-wreck? THOSE are the ones you can't miss!
